About Us
Supporting Regional Learners Across Tasmania
Study Hub West Coast is part of the Regional University Study Hubs network, created to make higher education more accessible to learners living in regional and remote communities. Proudly supported by the Australian Government Department of Education and Training, our centre provides a local, campus-like environment where students can study, connect, and succeed—without having to relocate.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple:
To empower students across the West Coast by providing free access to quality study spaces, technology, support services, and pathways to education and training.
We exist to make learning achievable for everyone—whether you’re beginning a university degree, upskilling through TAFE, returning to study as an adult, or exploring new training opportunities.
